According to The Numbers, the "Star Wars" franchise has earned $5 billion domestically and $10.3 billion worldwide, making it second only to Marvel, which has more than twice as many movies. If not for mega-franchises like Marvel and "Star Wars," the Mouse House would probably stick solely to Pixar sequels.
